User Agreement

Welcome to Banric (“Banric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a women-focused lifestyle community app where users can browse video content, view lifestyle posts, and share their own content. By downloading, accessing, or using Banric, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must not use the app.

1. Eligibility

Banric is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the age requirement. You must not use Banric if you are under 18.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised or accessed without your authorization.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

Banric allows users to upload and share videos, images, text posts, and other content. By posting content, you grant Banric a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purposes of providing and promoting the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.

• Contains nudity, sexual content, or other material inappropriate for a women-focused lifestyle community.

• Harasses, abuses, or threatens others.

Banric reserves the right to remove or block content that violates this User Agreement.

4. Community Guidelines

• Be respectful and considerate toward other users.

• Do not spam or post misleading information.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the app.

Failure to follow community guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use Banric for commercial purposes without permission.

• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ accounts or data.

• Reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the app.

6. Privacy

Your use of Banric is subject to our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you also consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

Banric may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this User Agreement or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights to access the app will end, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., content licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Banric is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banric is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of Banric after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
